Data deletion

You can delete your momiroot account and all data linked to it at any time — including if you signed in with Google.

How to delete it

In the app: Profile → Your details → Delete account. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
By email: if you can't use the app, write to suporte@momiroot.com with the subject "Delete my account", from your account's email address.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, password, profile photo, signed-in sessions, homes only you use, plants, watering logs, support requests, subscription data and the link to your Google sign-in. Shared homes remain with the other members, without your personal data.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription in the store: cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.

Timeframe

In the app, deletion is immediate. Email requests are confirmed within 2 business days and completed within 30 days, except for data the law requires us to keep.
