Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the momiroot app, provided by Lifter Digital, CNPJ [CNPJ], Brazil. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The service
momiroot helps you care for houseplants: a species catalogue, watering reminders, care logs, weather and shared homes. Plant information is general guidance; every plant and room is different and we cannot guarantee results.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for what you share with members of your homes.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
Free trial and Premium
- New accounts get a 30-day free trial of all features, no card required.
- After the trial, Premium features require a monthly or annual subscription sold through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
- Billing, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store where you subscribed. You can turn off renewal at any time in your Apple or Google account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change; we will tell you in advance and the change applies only from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for illegal purposes, to access other people's data, to overload or attack the service, or to bulk-copy the catalogue.
Intellectual property
The momiroot brand, the app, its texts and catalogue belong to Lifter Digital or its licensors. Catalogue photos are credited to their authors under their own licences. What you create in the app (nicknames, homes, logs) remains yours.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running, but it may have interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including the health of your plants. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. If we shut the service down, we will give advance notice and let you export your data.
Governing law
Brazilian law applies. Consumers may bring claims in the courts where they live and keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
